Common area garden controller for the upper area flower gardens is located on the west wall by the yard waste cans.
It is in a tall black box with a cover that comes off by sliding it up and pulling it out. The timer is at the bottom which has clock hands in the center. The on and off time is controlled by flipping the tabs in or out that are located around the outer rim….in is off and out is on. Needs to be changed with the seasons to coincide with darkness.
The controller-transformer and fuse box for the lower level garden lights and the driveway lights is located in the flower garden second level across from 1448 and below 1440/1442. Both of these systems operate on the same circuit with the on- off controlled by a light sensor located next to the sprinkler control box on the west wall.
There is a fuse in this lower level transformer box that occasionally goes out and needs to be replaced…..Cevin knows about it.
