There are three sections to this hedge…..middle or common area which runs from the retaining wall behind 1440 to the retaining wall next to 1446’s garage. This should be maintained by the HOA.

The lower section is the rest of the hedge on 1446’s property to be maintained by them.

The upper section is the rest of the hedge on 1440’s property to be maintained by them.
